It does retain some Muv Luv qualities, but it's got significantly more MS to it. The arms, rear-skirt, feet that bear most Muv Luv themes. THe Chest, Shoulders, Head, and hips and legs are very MS oriented/themed. No worries though, I think it looks great; though Muv Luv really ain't a series I like, just the mecha.
Anyway, I really do like this design. The legs remind me of some Armored Core 3 legs I used quite a lot in the proportions and the foot shape-come to think of it, those were mobility-based too...
